Contest rules & conditions

• You must fill in the form available on the Tours Cinquième Saison website (www.cinquiemesaison.com). By filling in the form, you have the possibility to agree to receive Cinquième Saison’s newsletters.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• You must have reached the legal age of majority.
• Limited to one entry per person per draw.
• Prize: One (1) stay of seven (7) nights for two (2) people valued at $3,000.00 including accommodation, all meals and free drinks at Club Med (flight not included).
• The contest entry deadline is at 11: 59 PM on July 14, 2020.
• The next draw will take place on July 15, 2020, at 11 AM at Tours Cinquième Saison offices, 30 Avenue de l’Épée, Montréal, QC H2V 3S9.
• The winners’ names will be available on the Tours Cinquième Saison website as of 11 AM on July 25, 2020.
• The holiday must take place before June 15, 2021, excluding the weeks of Christmas, New Year’s Day, school breaks, Easter break and the construction holiday.
• The winner can request the departure date; Club Med will choose the destination.
• The prize must be claimed in writing at the Tours Cinquième Saison offices, 30 Avenue de l’Épée, Montréal, QC H2V 3S9 no later than August 25, 2020.
• Reservations will be accepted based on availability at the time and may be confirmed 4 weeks before departure. They cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The winner agrees to submit a photo of himself/herself as well as a testimonial about his/her holiday and authorizes that these be published on the Cinquième Saison website.
• The winner also agrees to have his/her name and city of residence published on the Tours Cinquième Saison website.
• For terms and conditions of the Club Med vacation, winners must refer to the current Canadian Club Med brochure.
• This offer is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable and cannot be extended.
• In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the trip cannot be postponed to a later date.
• Employees, representatives, and agents of Cinquième Saison and David & Goliath Communication Marketing, as well as the people with whom they are domiciled, may not enter this competition.
• A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux for a ruling.
• A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
• Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent forms will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.
• Additional chances to win may be gained as follows:
• During the contest registration process, you’ll be asked (in Step 2) to follow Voyages Cinquième Saison on various social media. You will get an additional chance to win if you click to follow us on these media directly from the contest page.
• During the contest registration process, subscribe to our newsletter and you’ll receive an additional chance to win. Once you have registered, you’ll be invited to share the contest with your friends via email and various social media (Step 3).
• Use the forms and sharing buttons provided on this page. A custom link will be assigned to you and you will obtain an additional chance to win for each friend who enters the contest after clicking on your custom link.
• You acknowledge that this competition is no way endorsed by Facebook and that you do not provide your information to Facebook but rather to Voyages Cinquième Saison, who is the sole promoter.
