Duration: 20 minutes per day, over 3 days
Let yourself be guided by our G.O®s, trained in their discipline, and a fun and effective teaching method. The course comprises 20 minutes’ tuition a day over a period of 3 days. This waterskiing / wakeboarding course, proposed from 11 years old, gives you the ideal conditions to perfect your technique. Minimum level required: open to all levels, from beginner to experienced. Beginners will learn to set off, the correct body position, and how to negotiate waves; experienced participants will improve their technique in terms of body position, turns and trajectories.

Wrecks, unspoilt ecosystems, variable depths and great visibility. There are plenty of wonderful surprises in store for divers in the Aegean Sea. Whether you’re a complete beginner, want to brush up your skills or already have plenty of experience, take to the water. Discover the packages and courses available at the Discovery Centre.

Scuba Diving Package
A team of diving professionals suggest and a number of possible different dives, for beginners and advanced divers:
- Discover Scuba Diving (DSD): for an introduction to diving, theory and first dive in shallow water (5 m). Lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.
- PADI Open Water Diving Course: 3 days theory and practice, with dives in shallow water and in deep water.
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diving Course: 4 days theory and practice at the diving centre, reach an advanced level with 5 dive training sessions in the sea.
- Diving Excursion: for qualified divers, discover the most beautiful diving spots and wrecks in the region, with two dives at two different sites. Excursion lasts 3 to 4 hours including a break and snack.
Price includes: full equipment (cylinder, lead belt, wetsuit, stab jacket, diving regulator, flippers and mask), drinks and mini snack, training and boat trips with 2 instructors plus captain.
The lesson fee includes: all equipment, course pack (PADI practical and theory training booklet, dive logbook), DAN insurance, PADI certification fees, Project Aware certification card.

A few examples of dive sites:
- “Les îles de Strogili”: sloping volcanic rock where you can come across octopuses, nudibranchs, sponges and sea fans.
- “Epave à Saint Georges”: a wreck of a cargo ship, 40 metres long, where cuttlefish, fish in the triggerfish family and black fish live.
- “Epave à Lihadonisia”: a wreck of a 25-metre German boat from the Second World War that shelters cuttlefish, fish in the triggerfish family and black fish.
- In front of the Resort, divers can see sea urchins, hermit crabs and black fish that live in the depths of this protected area.
Distance: Set off on the Club Med pontoon boat.

Terms and Conditions:
You must not be suffering from any health condition that may be aggravated by diving. In accordance with PADI procedure, you must fill in a medical questionnaire (self-evaluation), in order to judge that you are fit to Scuba dive. Depending on your answers, you may be required to consult a doctor on site. The doctor’s decision re your fitness to dive or not will be final.
Minors must have written authorisation from their parents.
Club Med safety rules (PADI certified schools) require you to cease Scuba diving a minimum of 18 hours before your return flight.
For all diving diplomas above CMAS 1 Star or equivalent, you’ll be required to show a medical certificate stating that you are fit to dive, issued by a doctor specialised in problems related to Scuba diving or hyperbaric medicine or affiliated to a diving federation. The certificate must be less than 12 months old.
At last, the head of the diving activity will decide whether a refresher dive is necessary (includes a reminder of instructions, technique and safety regulations) before the start of the advanced independent or accompanied diving packages (depending on level, dive logbook, etc).
His decision will be final, the refresher dive is included in the price of the package.
Don’t forget to take your dive log book and any certificates you have!

Snorkeling

Duration: Half-day
Activity proposed by the Discovery center.
Discover the delightful sensation of buoyancy as you snorkel through the crystal clear waters off the island of Evia, A motorboat takes you down the eastern coast of Central Greece to an underwater wreck in the zone of the Lichadonisia islands. As you glide through the waters you’ll be able to observe numerous protected species including the Mediterranean seal. Snorkelling and lazing in the sun make this the happiest of half day outings. Activity proposed by the Discovery centre.
