Enjoy a splendid day in the luxuriant nature of Guadeloupe. Dive into the fabulously refreshing waters of the Cascade aux Ecrevisses, and visit the Mamelles Zoological Park. Enjoy a relaxing meal in Deshaies Botanical Gardens, formerly the property of the famous French comedian, Coluche, and one of the most beautiful gardens in the Lesser Antilles, with over 1000 species of plants and flowers.

After a guided walk through the heart of the old city centre of Pointe-à-Pitre to discover the treasures of Creole architecture, you’ll have free time to wander in the fish, fruit, flower and spice market.

Discover banana, pineapple and sugar cane plantations on a guided tour in a 4×4. Visit the Séverin Distillery.and enjoy a Creole lunch on a beautiful beach, followed by a short walk in the tropical forest and a stop at a sumptuous waterfall.

Drive through the eastern side of the island through the sugar planations to the Pointe des Chateaux. Take some photos at the Zevallos colonial house before enjoying a rum tasting session at the famous Damoiseau distillery.

Nature Larger than Life: Fascinating Marie-Galante

After an hour and a half sailing on a superb catamaran, you’ll reach the fishing village of Port-Louis, where you’ll discover the authentic -Grande Galette- through the history of man and agriculture. Your local guide will take you to visit a majestic colonial residence and a distillery where you can taste the local rum. After lunch on board the catamaran, enjoy a wonderful afternoon lazing and swimming in the crystal clear waters of Marie-Galante.

Nature Larger than Life: the Big Blue Lagoon

Aboard a speedboat, explore the mangrove as you ride up the Rivière Salée to the crystal clear waters of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin. After half an hour on the boat, enjoy some free time at Pointe-à-Pitre’s colorful markets. As you ride back up the Rivière Salée that cuts Grande-Terre off from Basse-Terre, you’ll discover the truly heavenly beauty of the Caribbean. Complete the day with swimming, snorkelling and lazing on a sand bank and lunch on board the boat!
