The natural resistance of the water makes this a great muscular and cardiovascular workout, to music. You don’t even need to be able to swim to take part in this gentle aquagym, as you’re never out of your depth, and the danger of doing any damage to muscles is reduced practically to zero.

The Resort pool is there for you to use all day long. Whether it’s a place of calm solitude for a relaxing morning swim or ringing with laughter as you splash about with loved ones, there are so many ways to enjoy the pool.
Water polo
Free access
Dive in and elbow your way into position to angle the ball into the floating net. With splashes and shouts of encouragement and joy, the water comes to life with your jumps, passes and shots on goal. The pool becomes a playing field for fun, energetic games.

Zen Oasis Pool : Make the most of this infinity pool from November 2019. It has a swimming lane if you want to do lengths, and a whirlpool bath area if you want to relax. The terraces around the pool, only for adults, offer sweeping sea views.

Grande Terre Adventure
Duration: 1 day
Leave the Resort in a 4×4 and head for Pointe des Châteaux to admire the amazing view: La Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie Galante and even Dominica. Then, head for Moule where you can tour the Damoiseau distillery, your guide will explain the secrets of how rum is made. Back to the Resort and the beach.

Discovery Les Saintes
Duration: 1 day
Departure from the Resort and transfer to the Trois Rivières landing stage. After a pleasant crossing in a launch, you will arrive at Terre de Haut which is populated by the descendants of fishermen from Brittany, Normandy and the Poitevin region of south-west France. Our shuttle service will take you to Fort Napoléon which was built between 1844 and 1867 by local labour.
The work was interrupted during France’s Second Republic. Napoleon III ordered the work to be restarted and completed, hence the name of the fort. These days, the many rooms of the fort are home to a museum on the history of Les Saintes and its cultural environment. The Promenade des Ramparts has a botanical garden dedicated to grasses.
The tour continues with a trip to the wonderful Pompierre beach where you will be able to swim.
Lunch will be served in the restaurant by the sea where you will be able to enjoy specialities of Les Saintes. In the afternoon, you will have time to stroll around the little village.

Nature Larger than Life: Petite-Terre nature reserve

A motorboat will take you to Petite-Terre, a paradise island where you’ll meet the orginal inhabitants: iguanas!
With mask and snorkel, explore an incredible lagoon with fabulous multi-coloured fish. You’ll be totally amazed by the diversity of nature!

Creole outing by Jeep(North of Basse Terre (1 day)
Duration: 1 day
Guided tour of the back-country by 4 by 4: banana, pineapple and sugar cane plantations. Enjoy the various types of fruits. Creole lunch on the shore of a very beautiful beach. Short walk in the rain forest of North Basse-Terre.

In Search of Emotion: Walk up La Soufrière

Hike on the roof of the Petites Antilles, and discover La Soufrière, a volcano with constant activity. A qualified guide will tell you the history of this old lady and hier influence on this fabulous island.

Nature Larger than Life: the Blue Lagoon
Duration: 1 day
A motorboat takes you through the mangrove along the salt river to the crystal clear water of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin! After half an hour in the boat, you’ll have free time at Pointe-à-Pitre to explore the markets. The boat will take you up the salt river that separates Grande-Terre from Basse-Terre, through the heavenly Caribbean countryside! Swimming, snorkelling and lazing on a sandbank and lunch on board all make for an exceptional day!
